MEET – MEETING EDUCATION EVENT & TRADESHOW
MEET is an interactive two-day meeting education event and tradeshow offering comprehensive educational tracks, training and networking opportunities for people who plan and manage meetings and events. Join us for our two-day program, a full-day program, or a half-day including general session, luncheon and tradeshow, and bring a guest with you for FREE. Whatever your schedule allows, you will be connected to venue and supplier exhibitors, some of the most influential speakers, prominent sponsors, plus worthwhile education and general sessions.
Each qualified meeting planner will receive complimentary admission to the event. Lodging and transportation are not included.

MP SHOWCASE – MEETING PLANNER SHOWCASE

MP Showcase is an interactive 3-hour education and tradeshow event. You will learn specific new ways to enhance your own meetings. Attend career-enriching education, and meet one-on-one with some of the nation’s most meeting-focused venues and suppliers through an intimate tradeshow that educates and connects!
Our 2008 education topic will focus on everyone's favorite topic - Food and Beverage! We will present today's top 10 Food and Beverage Trends. The education program will be followed by sampling specific items on the Top 10 list.
Each qualified meeting planner will receive complimentary admission to the event. Lodging and transportation are not included.
DESTINATION "FAMUCATION"
EMCVenues works with Exceptional Meeting Venues across the nation who seeks to showcase their venues to the meeting planning community. Today’s meeting planners are constantly looking and educating themselves for new and different venues to consider for their next meeting. We understand that in order to make the right selection the venue must be experienced.
Join us for one or more of our site visits offered throughout the year. In addition to your site visit you will benefit from educational sessions with industry experts. It’s a DESTINATION, FAM and EDUCATION event all in one – its “DESTINATION FAMUCATION!!”
Each qualified meeting planner will receive complimentary hotel accommodations, meals and education session. Transportation is not included.
EDUCATIONAL WEBINARS
EMCVenues offers exceptional watch-at-your desk educational webinars. Each session is a stand-alone learning experience – for the meeting and event professional. Webinars are viewed on your computer. Sessions are usually 60 minutes in length. The cost per computer log-on ranges from $59 - $99 per session; special discounts apply when you register for an entire series.
Many people register and offer the programs to their staff, colleagues, or community. Simply set up a meeting room, an LCD, high-speed Internet access, and a screen, and pay for only one registration. It's a great opportunity to arrange group discussions, luncheons, and networking.
