EMCVenues MEET USA is an interactive 24-hour meeting planner conference and tradeshow, offering comprehensive educational tracks, training, and networking opportunities for people who plan and manage meetings and events. Join us for our one or two-day program, a full-day program including general session, luncheon, and tradeshow. Whatever your schedule allows, you will be connected to venue and supplier exhibitors, some of the most influential speakers, prominent sponsors, and conference resources – plus worthwhile educational and general sessions.
EMCVenues MEET USA has got your covered, offering its programs on the East and West coasts, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.
Each qualified meeting planner will receive complimentary admission to the event. Lodging and transportation are not included.

EMCVenues works with Exceptional Meeting Venues across the nation in an effort to showcase their venues to the meeting planning community. Today’s meeting planners are constantly searching for new and different venues to consider for their next meeting. We understand that in order to make the right decision about the location for your next meeting, the venue must be experienced. Join us for one or more of our meeting resource site visits offered throughout the year. In addition to your site visit, you will benefit from educational sessions. It’s a destination familiarization and education event all in one – hence, “DESTINATION FAMUCATION!”

EDUCATIONAL WEBINARS
EMCVenues offers exceptional watch-at-your-desk meeting planner webinars. Each of these online meeting resource sessions is a standalone learning experience for the meeting and event professional. Webinars are viewed on your computer and usually run 60 minutes in length. The cost per computer log-on is complimentary for meeting and event planners. Many people register and offer the programs to their staff, colleagues, or community. Simply set up a meeting room, an LCD, high-speed Internet access and a screen. It's a great opportunity to arrange group discussions, luncheons, and networking.
